Print with paper size Letter, scale 100% (or "Actual size"), margins None, and headers/footers off. Load Form #1000 with the check at the top.

Order is saved per account. The MICR font and everything under Printing apply to all accounts.
Print the alignment test on plain paper and hold it over a check sheet against a light. The dashed red lines should sit on the perforations, and the printed ⑆ in the small red box should land on the light ⑆ on the paper. Use the arrows to move things, then test again. 0.002 inch is about one printer dot, so use a bigger step if you can't see a change.
